Facilities

Class rooms are well furnished and ventilated. Class rooms are provided with all teaching aids like Video Player, Projector, Video Camera, Still Camera, DVD, Multimedia Computer, Audio Systems, etc., in order to ensure overall development of students. 

GIAL has a central library with adequate volumes of books and journals. All the latest editions of books both for reference and text are available in this library. It also subscribes to various newspaper and periodicals for the information and update of their knowledge.

A canteen with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is available in the college campus. It is open throughout the day with a breakfast, lunch and early evening service.

The College provides a well-equipped Computer lab for students to carry out their innovative and scientific experiments. All the apparatus and PCs are upgraded to meet the requirements of changing technology and the University criteria.

The Auditorium serves as a space for encouraging creativity and fostering communication. Talks by guest speakers, inter-college competitions, and important functions including the annual College day and Management fest are held here. The auditorium has a very advanced light and sound system.

Whether you’re into competitive sport or just keeping fit, GIAL offers free sports facilities to help keep you at the top of your game. The annual sports day, intercollege basketball, volleyball, football and cricket tournaments are conducted here.

Mar Ivanios Conference Hall is designed with contemporary and sophisticated architecture. The conference hall creates a versatile space to suit a variety of conference and event needs. 

Separate hostel facilities are provided for Boys and Girls in the college campus. It has adequate high security and good discipline. The students who are not staying with the parents shall reside in the college hostel as per college rules. The canteen of the college provides food in the hostel also.

Women are the real architects of the society. GIAL has established a Women Cell in the college campus for the women faculty, staff and girl students. With an aim of creating awareness of their rights and duties, the cell organizes and participates in seminars and talks. Aiming at intellectual and social up liftment of the female students, the cell stands for facilitating women’s empowerment through guest lectures, seminars, awareness programmes and other welfare activities.
